Hail bruising and wind damage are often invisible from the ground, and many policies put a time limit on filing. If we find storm damage, our in-house adjuster documents it in Xactimate, the same estimating software insurance carriers use.
Then we meet your insurance adjuster on the roof, so every damaged section is accounted for before a number is written down.

Do I need a roof repair or a full replacement?
We inspect every accessible section of your roof and show you photos of what we find. If a repair will solve the problem, that's what we recommend. We only suggest replacement when it's the better value for you.
How much does a new roof cost?
It depends on the size and pitch of your roof and the material you choose. After a free inspection, you get a written, itemized price, so you know the full cost before you commit.
Will my insurance cover it?
If a storm caused the damage, it may be covered. Our in-house adjuster documents the damage and meets your insurance adjuster on the roof so nothing gets missed.
How long does a roof replacement take?
Most shingle roofs are finished in 1 to 3 days. Larger or more complex roofs, or premium materials like metal, can take 5 days to 2 weeks.
What warranty comes with a new shingle roof?
A 10-year True Line workmanship warranty when all roof penetrations, such as pipe boots and vents, are replaced. Extended manufacturer warranties are available through GAF (Golden Pledge®, Silver Pledge®, and System Plus) and TAMKO (DiamondShield, MasterShield, ProShield, and HeritageShield).
Do I have to pay anything up front?
No. You get a written estimate before any work starts, and you don't pay until the job is done.
How do I know a roofing contractor is legitimate?
